I wish Panasonic would keep the GPS too. This has pushed me over to Sony/Canon/Nikon, but GPS is sparsely offered within those brands too, with 1/2.3" sensors, and never on micro-4/3 or 1" sensor models.

  2. Mr. Pierre Bahringer I says:

    Not really a review then…

  3. Rhianna Ryan MD says:

So tell us, what part of a "real" review is missing?

  4. Adela Wisoky says:

How come 18 March this is posted as new when, from the previous comments, clearly it is 2 months old?

Why have manufacturers stopped including GPS? It is a fantastic feature in my TZ60 yet if I upgrade, I lose it.

  5. Prof. Alessandro Dooley MD says:

Very impressive camera, for now, truly one of a kind do. Great job Panasonic!

  6. Kris O'Conner I says:

Where is the GPS? my old TZ10 and TZ30 both had great inbuilt GPS. Now Panasonic seems to have gone for the mobile phone apps for GPS tagging, not so good in my opinion…

  7. Uriel O'Keefe says:

You know, things like taking pictures, checking response times, evaluating the jpeg engine, assessing battery life, lens sharpness, vignetting, video quality, … Basically everything that isn't just regurgitating the spec sheet.

They called it a "review" in order to get more search traffic. It isn't a review – you would need to actually use the camera and look at the pictures it takes to do a review – this is more of a feature evaluation. If they called it that they wouldn't be able to dupe people into clicking their links, though. They have a disclaimer at the bottom, but I won't be coming back to techradar for any of their "reviews" in the future.
