Motorola unveiled the much-awaited Moto Z and Moto Z Force smartphones at the Lenovo Tech World 2016 in San Francisco. The Motorola Moto Z and Moto Z Force will be available globally from September 2016.
“With the Moto Z and Moto Z Force we are rethinking smartphones completely differently,” said Lenovo CEO and chairman Yang Yuanqing.
Although the prices of the smartphones were not disclosed but both devices sport a fingerprint scanner on the home button and a USB Type-C port, and omit the 3.5mm headphone jack.
It also features a 5.5-inch QHD Amoled display and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM and a choice of 32GB or 64GB of storage.
The Moto Z Force also bears a 21-megapixel rear camera with optical image stabilisation, phase detection autofocus (PDAF), and laser autofocus.
